The 2 machines form a fully automated production line for assembling & packaging. Tests can be used for infectious diseases, food testing, beyond human healthcare, health screening, drug testing.

Machine 1 - PACKAGING UNIT for packaging cassettes and desiccants.

Diagnostic sheets are cut to single strips to required size, cassettes are then fed using the bowl feeder. Machines can be used with a range of different cassette sizes with minor adjustments

Machine 2 - CASSETTE ASSEMBLY UNIT to assemble cassettes and test strips. The machine is used for packaging test cassettes, desiccant and dropper into an aluminium foil bag and sealing. A variety of sizes of foil bags can be used

Both machines manufactured by Shenzhen Gereke Machinery Co Ltd and are CE Marked. Manufacture Date 2021.
